A PowerPoint party is exactly what it sounds like — a group of friends get together to present original PowerPoints to each other about things that they love to nerd out about. We have presented on video games, movie villains, wine tasting, and much more.
Make it POP!
I designed this lighthearted PowerPoint to teach my friends about basic typographic concepts by identifying real-life examples of people neglecting them.
I explained why the vagueness of the phrase “make it pop!” makes graphic designers so frustrated. I then established a few basic design topics, such as typography, before showcasing these hysterical examples of typographic failures.
